Pick a bolt, tap a patch. Every patch can be
worked out — you never have to guess.
- A finished patch wears a muslin tag: one stitch per seam,
in the fabric on the other side of that seam.
- Block edges get no stitch. A bar showing two fabrics gets
one stitch each.
- The tag says how many of each fabric touch — never
which seam is which.
- Every fabric has its own stitch as well as its own colour.
Both are printed on its bolt.
- The bolts count patches still to dye; the
left rail tallies each row.
